Returns Policy
If you need to return or exchange an item, we are here to assist you! You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method, provided it is in the same condition that you received it—unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at beth@sumchi.com with your receipt or proof of purchase.
All Sumchi6 products, including the Sumchi6 HEART, Sumchi6 DIAMOND, and the Sumchi6 Leather Pouch, are covered by a six-week warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies solely to defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or any modifications to the product, nor does it cover issues arising from dropping the product.
To claim a warranty, customers are required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Sumchi reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product with a new or equivalent product.
